Starting June 1st, For the Love of Hair will be open for appointments in accordance with the Illinois Department of Health’s Restore Illinois Phase-3 Coronavirus Recovery plan.
If you had an appointment that was canceled during our temporary closure, your service provider will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment.

We are beyond excited to get back to giving our clients the hair love they deserve.
The health and well being of our customers is extremely important to us, so we will be doing our best to ensure a safe environment for everyone who comes into the shop.
To help in this effort, we will be enforcing social distancing when possible, limiting parties to 1 at a time, and limiting the shop to 5 total customers at a time.
Our appointment times will be spaced out to allow for extra sanitation of our workstations and common areas in order to keep everyone safe. Additionally, we will not be accepting walk-in appointments until further notice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to blow-dry or provide beverages to our clients at this time.
What to expect during your visit to the shop during Phase-3
1 — TEXT US WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When you arrive at the shop for your appointment, please remain in your car. Text us that you have arrived and one of our team members will let you know when it is safe to enter the shop.
2 — WEAR A MASK
Please wear a mask to your appointment for the safety of all shop patrons.
3 — COME ALONE
Please come to your appointment alone. No extra persons will be allowed into the shop.
4 — BRING ESSENTIALS ONLY
Limit the amount if items you will be bringing with you inside the shop. Please only bring the things you need (e.g. car keys, payment, etc.).
5 — WASH YOUR HANDS
Upon entering the shop, you will be asked to wash your hands.
6 — WE’LL TAKE YOUR TEMP
We will take your temperature when you come into the shop. If you or a member of your household has had a fever in the last 48 hours, we may ask to reschedule your appointment.
